Mary Ann Badenoch, L.P.C, M.A.C.

Mary Ann Badenoch is responsible for providing direct services, clinical support and supervision of specialists related to working on the helpline. In addition, Mary Ann oversees the online support community for parents and caregivers of teen and adult children struggling with substance use issues. Mary Ann also serves as a subject matter expert for content development and online learning.

Mary Ann has many years of clinical experience in psychiatric and substance use issues. She previously worked as a therapist at Summit Oaks Hospital, an acute care psychiatric and substance use hospital. She also maintains a small private therapy practice, specializing in substance and gambling addictions, and working with both individuals and family members.

Mary Ann is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of New York and Florida. She is a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and maintains a Master Addictions Counselor (MAC) credential. She is also trained in gambling addictions and provides educational presentations and individual counseling on behalf of the New York Problem Gambling Council.
