One night we went to a party and we felt like we needed more energy. It seemed like other people were having a good time and we wanted to have a good time too. We asked some guy if they were on anything and he asked us if we wanted to take an “energy pill.” We took the pills and we all felt a good sensation in our bodies and we ended up having a good time.
The next day there was another party going on. We went looking for the guy who gave us the energy pills. This time I really didn’t have a good sensation in my body and neither did my friend. For a minute I felt my whole life coming down upon me. I felt so dehydrated, and my teeth were clenching and I almost felt my heart beat stop. I told my friend to take me to the hospital because I needed help. I survived and my friend told me that she was going to quit if I did. We both promised to quit doing Ecstasy and we have been trying to get our friends to stop too.
