  • Meth Stories is a meth education and meth information website with video and slideshow stories told by meth users. These stories highlight the overall dangers of meth including the effects of meth, signs of meth use, meth side effects and crystal meth symptoms. Meet people in recovery from methamphetamine addiction who got well from meth treatment.


Paul's Story
Meth gave Paul a "false impression." He liked the effects of meth, not knowing that his methamphetamine addiction would turn his life upside-down. The crystal meth symptoms made Paul think he was on top of the world, when it really left him homeless. His meth addiction kept him on the streets and involved him in a robbery with another meth addict. Now Paul understands the dangers of meth and if he hadn't been caught that night, his methamphetamine abuse could have eventually got him killed. Now his goal is to reach out to kids and provide them with meth information to keep them away from meth addictions.
Jennifer's Story
Jennifer, a mother of two girls, began her methamphetamine abuse when she was first married. She spent time with meth users and didn't know the dangers of meth - she even liked the meth effects. It didn't take long for her to develop a methamphetamine addiction. Although Jennifer experienced terrible meth side effects she didn't seek meth treatment for a long time - her methamphetamine addiction was too strong. Once she finally realized she could lose her daughters, she sought meth treatment.
Brittany's Story
Brittany liked the feeling the effects of meth gave herBut soon her crystal meth addiction took hold and her life began to unravel. The dangers of meth became apparent when she spent time in a crystal meth lab and couldn't take care of her kids, or herself - her methamphetamine addiction took control of her life. Quitting wasn't easy - but Brittany was able to seek meth treatment and eventually overcome the physical effects of crystal meth and her meth addiction.
Donnie, Karrie and Brandon's Story
Donnie, Karrie and Brandon tried to escape reality through the effects of meth. They didn't know that their meth addictions could take them to a point of no return. They all felt invincible but when they started to come down, the meth side effects made them feel terrible. The dangers of meth became apparent when they didn't recognize themselves in the mirror anymore. They saw the severe signs of meth use -- track marks along their arms, sores, scars and rotten teeth. Their methamphetamine addiction has caused them to regret events in their past lives. They wanted a way out, and sought methamphetamine treatment.
Sara's Story
Sara allowed A&E to film her struggle with her methamphetamine addiction. Despite her pleading parents, Sara refused to seek meth treatment to help with her problem. Although she was a meth addict who had temporarily lost custody of her daughter, the negative effects of meth weren't enough to stop her. When Sara's parents noticed the signs of meth use in their house, they knew they had to take action. They held an intervention and convinced Sara that her methamphetamine addiction was out of control, and she finally accepted meth treatment.
