METH360 EXPECTATIONS & POLICIES
Three types of persons are authorized to use the Meth360 Online Training program:
Presenters: Persons who utilize this training with the intent of personally delivering Meth360 presentations within their community.
Organizers: Persons who utilize the scheduling and reporting tools on this site to organize and coordinate the delivery of Meth360 presentations.
Guests: Persons who visit the Meth360 Online Training site to educate themselves about methamphetamine, but do not intend to become presenters.
Organizers, or any other person who schedules a Meth360 presentation, are requested to:
Utilize the online scheduling system that has been integrated into the Meth360 Online Training program.
Arrange for the technical needs of the presenters to ensure the successful completion of the event, to include securing a projector and copying Meth Information Packets for dissemination to the audience.
Complete an Event Report on Meth360 Online after the completion of the event
Organizers and presenters are asked to urge audience members to complete an online audience evaluation form, which is located at www.drugfree.org/meth360survey.
Under no circumstances may any person or group charge audience members to attend a Meth360 presentation, or make a direct fundraising appeal to audience members for any group or organization.
PRIVACY & TERMS OF USE
Presenters or organizers may only use contact information provided by presenters for purposes of organizing and delivering Meth360 presentations and sharing information to further the objectives of the Meth360 program. All other use of this information is prohibited without the express consent of the parties involved. Guests will not have access to this information.
Presenters or organizers are not authorized to present themselves as representatives of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America or speak on behalf of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America without the express authorization of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America.
All provisions of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America’s Terms of Use (

) apply to the Meth360 Online Training Program, unless specifically superseded by provisions listed above.
DISCLAIMER
Participants in the Meth360 community are required to provide an e-mail address for login and account purposes. This e-mail address will be open to other participants in the Meth360 community to facilitate information exchange between presenters. The Partnership reserves the right to contact you with information relevant to the Meth360 program . You agree that you are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences thereof. Any other use of available e-mail address except for information exchange about Meth360 is not done with Partnership permission and the Partnership will not be liable for abuse of this information.
TERMINATION DISCLAIMER
The Partnership for a Drug-Free America reserves the right at any time to modify or discount, temporarily or permanently, Meth360 online tools, features and resources with or without notice. You agree that the Partnership shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of tools or features offered as part of the Meth360 program.
