My boyfriend is the most caring and loving person alive. He loves making people laugh and cares so deeply about everyone surrounding him. Just recently I found out he was addicted to heroin. He was caught stealing and ended up in jail. I realized then all the lies that he had told me and all the broken promises he made to me was all to cover up this addiction. He lost his family, his home, his car, his job, and almost lost me. Heroin destroyed his life and now he has to pick up the pieces and try to put himself back together again. It is going to be one of the longest roads that he travels, and he probably always will be fighting this addiction.
