Information about Planned Giving through a Bequest
Including the Partnership for a Drug-Free America in your Will provides a lasting legacy and meaningful way to prevent drug use in kids and teens, and to help those already in trouble with alcohol or drugs to get the information and support they need. Many of the Partnership’s efforts can be continued and expanded by people with the foresight to include the Partnership in their estate plans. Such a gift will also help reduce taxes on your estate. After providing for loves ones, your Will can carry out your wishes by directing that a gift be made in one or a combination of the following ways:

  • A specific dollar amount
  • A percentage of an estate
  • The remainder of an estate
  • You can also specify how you wish the money to be used – for our parenting programs, youth programs or early intervention and treatment programs – or make an unrestricted bequest so your gift can be used by the Partnership where it is most needed.
